‘Iran, Russia determined to implement INSTC’

TEHRAN - Iran and Russia are determined to implement the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) as soon as possible, the Iranian Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs Abdolnaser Hemmati said.
