Tehran meeting was ‘positive:’ Taliban spokesman

TEHRAN - A Taliban spokesman has praised the meeting of foreign ministers of the countries neighboring Afghanistan in Tehran and called on the international community to take steps to recognize the group as Afghanistan’s next government.
