7 flare gas recovery projects to come online soon
TEHRAN - Managing Director of the Persian Gulf Bidboland Gas Refinery Mahmoud Aminnejad said seven projects for gathering associated gases, worth $400 million, will be completed over the first half of the current Iranian calendar year, which ends on March 20, 2025.

South Pars to reduce gas flaring by 1.2 bcm annually
TEHRAN - Managing Director of the South Pars Gas Complex (SPGC) Ahmad Bahoush says a project is underway at the complex which upon its completion, the volume of gases being burnt by gas stacks will be reduced by 1.2 thousand million cubic meters annually.

Flare gas recovery in SP to reach 17mcm per day by late Mar.
TEHRAN – Iranian Oil Minister Javad Oji has said the recovery of flare gases in the South Pars gas field is going to be increased to 17 million cubic meters (mcm) per day by the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 19), IRNA reported.

Gas flaring in SP refineries to be reduced by 2,000 mcm in 2 years
TEHRAN - Gholamreza Bahman-Nia, head of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC)’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department has said his company is following a comprehensive plan for reducing gas flaring in South Pars refineries by 2,344 million cubic meters (mcm) in two years.
