Iran FM congratulates new Dutch top diplomat 

TEHRAN - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hossein Amir Abdollahian has sent a message congratulating Wopke Hoekstra on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
