Iran, Russia sign cultural MoU at Moscow International Book Fair

TEHRAN- Iran and Russia signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the sidelines of the 36th Moscow International Book Fair (MIBF) on Friday to extend cultural cooperation.
