Iran, Venezuela presidents hold phone conversation

TEHRAN – Iranian President Ayatollah Seyed Ebrahim Raisi has spoken over the phone with his Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro. They discussed the development of relations between Tehran and Caracas.
