17th Fajr Visual Arts Festival to kick off in Tehran 

TEHRAN- The Tehran province section of the 17th Fajr Visual Arts Festival, featuring My Homeland segment, will officially open on Tuesday at Rasul-e Mehr Gallery in Tehran.
