Traditional side dish Khoresht-e Maast gains WIPO label

TEHRAN - Khoresht-e Maast, a traditional Iranian stew made with yogurt, has been officially patented by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a subsidiary of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
