Mashhad, Kuwait announce readiness to bolster ties

TEHRAN - The Ambassador of the Kuwaiti Government in Tehran, Badr Abdullah al-Munikh, has said that Mashhad has much potential to bolster ties, and Kuwait and Tehran should provide grounds for wider cooperation.
