    Tehran starts taking prompt 'legal measures' through UN following deadly terror blasts in Kerman

    TEHRAN - Iran's foreign minister says the country has started taking "legal measures" through the United Nations after two terror blasts killed 84 people and injured 284 in the southeastern city of Kerman.
