Leader appoints Hossein Dehghan as head of Mostazafan Foundation 

TEHRAN- In a decree issued on Sunday, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei appointed Hossein Dehghan as the head of Mostazafan Foundation, replacing Parviz Fattah who has been named the head of the executive staff of Farman Imam (Execution Of Imam Khomeini's Order).
