Iran's Ganjkhanlou wins gold in Men's Road Cycling

TEHRAN - Iranian cyclist Mohammed Ganjkhanlou came first in the men's 100 km road race at the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya, Turkey on Saturday.
