During this meeting, attended by representatives from the Islamic Republic of Iran's media, Ms. Ying Xiuli, the Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Qinghai Province, emphasized the importance of media in promoting friendly exchanges and mutual cooperation. 

She highlighted that both Iran and China are in Asia and in recent years efforts have been made to expand relations based on the new concept of comprehensive strategic partnership.

The Chinese official also stated that the two sides have decided to strengthen their comprehensive strategic partnership, mentioning that the Governor of Qinghai Province visited Iran last year, especially Ardabil Province, and a bilateral agreement was signed, creating a new platform for practical communication between the two countries. 

Additionally, she mentioned plans for cooperation in areas such as Tibetan rugs, potatoes, corn oil, and agricultural products cultivation based on the agreement from the previous year.

Furthermore, Ms. Ying Xiuli expressed intentions for cooperation in other fields such as cultural and tourism to increase the friendship between the people of the two provinces. 

She also highlighted the province's capacities in clean energy, expressing hope for achieving positive results in environmental protection and the rapid development of the green industry.

During the meeting, an accompanying expert from the Public Diplomacy Center thanked for the invitation and hospitality from the Qinghai Province officials. 

He mentioned the long-standing relationship between the two countries, emphasizing that the relations have always been peaceful, with no wars between Iran and China.

The expert pointed out that the cultural complexities of Iran and China have never been understandable to the West, and Westerners are unable to grasp the understanding of the cultural and societal relations between the two countries.

Referring to the Chinese President's statement regarding the importance of people-to-people interactions, the expert stated that media are the best tool and platform for expanding bilateral cooperation.

In this meeting, representatives from Iranian media and Qinghai Province also engaged in exchanging views.
