TEHRAN – A member of the Iran Chamber of Guilds has said businesses and guilds must be educated about their rights, the consumers’ rights and the government’s rights.

“It is a fact that guilds should become more familiar with “their rights” and “customers’ rights" and “government’s rights”. Therefore, in the Committee of Unions and Units, we are going to train the guilds about such rights,” Hamid Ferdowsi said.

Speaking to the portal of Iran Chamber of Guilds, Ferdowsi said: “For example, discretionary misdeeds have their own rules and based on such rules, the units may be inspected and fined if violations are evident. Therefore, the units need to have the necessary training in this regard, and effective efforts should be made on how to implement and culture it.”
