Zionists killing children to make up for their abysmal failure: MP
TEHRAN – Iranian lawmaker Ahmad Rastineh has criticized the Zionist regime of Israel for killing hundreds of Palestinian children, saying the Israeli carnage is intended to compensate for the regime’s abysmal failure vis-à-vis the Palestinian resistance.
“The Zionist regime is trying to make up for its disgraceful failure in Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by killing civilians, especially children,” Rastineh told IRNA.
He also referred to the remarks by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, who called for an immediate cessation of Israeli atrocities in the Gaza Strip.
“If these crimes continue, Muslims and the Resistance forces will lose their patience and no one will be able to stop them. They should know this and they should not expect others to stop certain groups from doing certain thing,” the Leader said recently, according to khamenei.ir.
The Leader added, “Whatever crimes the Zionist regime commits will fail to compensate for its disgraceful defeat during the Al-Aqsa Storm operation.”
Rastineh said the Israeli regime does not adhere to any moral principles or laws. “In recent days, the Zionists have shown that they do not adhere to any of the moral, humanitarian and international law principles by killing children and attacking hospitals and other such actions.”
He added, “Today, more than ever, the world saw the true color of the Zionist regime and saw that this regime does not adhere to any human principle.”
The Iranian lawmaker also issued a warning, saying that “the Zionist regime must know that the continued killing of the Palestinian people and the bombing of Gaza will impose heavy costs on this regime.”
He continued, “The child-killing Zionist regime should know that if it continues military attacks on civilians in Gaza, it will bring the fury and anger of Muslim nations and other people of the world. Muslim nations will increase the cost of work for this regime and will cause heavy losses to the Zionist regime.”
Earlier, Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib echoed a similar position, saying that terrible revenge awaits the Israeli regime.
The U.S. and all other governments backing the Zionist regime must bear in mind that their support for the Israeli crimes won’t remain unanswered by the regional people and the freedom-seekers, Khatib said on Saturday, according to Tasnim.
The Iranian intelligence minister also warned the Zionist regime and its backers to wait for a harsh, devastating, and calamitous revenge for their crimes against Gazans.
“The (Israeli) regime will never experience security. Its social rift and political discord will escalate both from within and from outside,” he added.
The minister stated that the Zionist regime’s atrocities against Palestine have ruined the course of normalization of ties with Israel irreparably.
