TEHRAN- TEDPIX, the main index of Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE), rose 3,564 points to 1.244 million on Saturday.

As reported, over 6.517 billion securities worth 38.992 trillion rials (about $134.4 million) were traded at the TSE.

The first market’s index rose 5,555 points, but the second market’s index fell 1,913 points.

TEDPIX lost 69,000 points in the past Iranian calendar week (ended on Friday).

TSE is one of the four Iranian stock exchanges, and the most important one. The other three ones are Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME), Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), and Iran’s over-the-counter (OTC) market, known as Iran Fara Bourse (IFB).
