MOSCOW -- some 15 Iranian movies, including *****Earthly Wishes***** by Vahid Mousa'ian, are to be screened at the 24th Moscow International Film Festival, scheduled for June 21-29, IRNA reported.

The Moscow Film Festival is to start and end by showing two French films. A total of 158 films from 16 countries are expected to be shown at the venue.

Besides Iran, Russia, Denmark, the U.S., Czech, Greece, Finland, France, Italy, Poland, Japan and Austria are to take part in the competition section of the festival.

The Russian government has allocated 72 million roubles to the festival.
