TEHRAN- IRGC Chief Commander Major General Hossein Salami extended his congratulations to the Iranian Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics in recognition of Defense Industry Day. 

The message reads as follows:

“Dear Brigadier General Mohammad-Reza Gharayi Ashtiani,  

Esteemed Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran,

I wish to convey my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Almighty for the outstanding accomplishments of our nation's defense industry. Through the strategic planning of the Iranian Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of our current and future operational environment, we have significantly enhanced the Islamic Republic's esteemed and formidable standing on the global stage, particularly within the West Asian region. The resilience of the resistance front serves as a clear indication of this strength.  

The advancement of our strategic capabilities, the modernization of our equipment, weapons, and infrastructure, as well as the increased readiness of our armed forces and the resistance front, have all been propelled by innovation and creativity derived from our indigenous technology. 

This progress, particularly following the recent anti-Zionist operation termed Operation True Promise has established the Islamic Republic of Iran as an emerging power, actively influencing a new global and regional order.

The undeniable truths and realities stemming from the pressures exerted by global powers and their regional allies spanning political, psychological, media, cultural, and economic domains, particularly regarding sanctions on defense and security technologies against the Islamic Republic of Iran are a direct outcome of the committed and revolutionary initiatives of our nation's defense industry, especially within the ministry. 

These initiatives establish a strong foundation for addressing a wide range of complex threats that utilize cutting-edge technologies across multiple domains, such as land, sea, air, space, cyber, biological, and contemporary warfare.

I extend my sincere congratulations, along with the officials, managers, scientists, specialists, and esteemed personnel of the Iranian Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, on the momentous occasion of Defense Industry Day. 

I also wish for ongoing success and pride in the defense sector, particularly for the Ministry of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while paying tribute to the name, memory, and historic contributions of the revered martyrs of the Ministry of Defense and Logistics.”
