TEHRAN – Kermanshah province, Iran, has arranged about 30 diverse tourism events to be held till the end of this Persian year (March, 2025).

Speaking to ISNA, on Sunday, a local official in charge of tourism stated that approximately 30 tourism events will be held across the province this year, aimed at showcasing Kermanshah’s rich cultural heritage and natural beauty to visitors.

“In January, the process of compiling the tourism events calendar began for the first time,” Vahid Amiri further elaborated. “With the assistance of provincial event-oriented organizations.”

Most of the province’s tourism events will be held in the second half of the year and after the mourning days of Muharram and Safar, the official noted.

According to the set goals and provided prerequisites, he underscored, Kermanshah will host about 30 tourism events this year, of which around five have already been held in the past couple of months.
