Iran’s political authority instills fear in enemies: official
TEHRAN – The deputy representative of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution to the IRGC stated that Iran's enemies take issue with the political authority of the Islamic Republic, saying that it is a tool for instilling fear.
In a significant address, Abdollah Hajj Sadeghi illuminated the primary goals and lasting impact of the Islamic Revolution, particularly emphasizing the political authority of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Describing the Islamic Revolution as a mission and resurrection, echoing sentiments expressed by the esteemed Leader, Haj Sadeghi underscored the revolutionary spirit as the driving force behind this transformative movement. He asserted that the primary accomplishment and goal of the revolution revolve around the political authority of Islam, emphasizing that the survival of the revolution hinges on its political governance – a point of contention with Iran's adversaries.
Delving into the intricate relationship between religion and politics, Hajj Sadeghi emphasized the intrinsic connection between the two domains. Stressing the need for a coherent and organized articulation of the political worldview of Islam, he addressed a gap in presenting a systematic political ideology.
Rejecting the notion that Islam merely adapts to the times, Hajj Sadeghi argued for Islam as a comprehensive model. He advocated for the utilization of both knowledge and reason to establish its universal and timeless applicability.
