TEHRAN – Head of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) Hossein Selahvarzi has stressed the need for having a comprehensive roadmap and plan in the field of housing and called on the government to consider the potentials of the private sector in determining housing policies.

As the ICCIMA portal reported, speaking at the national meeting of the country’s mass builders in Tehran on Sunday, Selahvarzi said it is necessary to develop a roadmap and plan for developing the housing sector, but the government does not pay attention to the capacities of the private sector in this field; Therefore, such governance lacks the necessary quality and effectiveness.
