TEHRAN- Iran could export 2.2 million tons of foodstuff and medicine worth $3.34 billion during the previous Iranian calendar year (ended March 20, 2018), IRIB news quoted a senior official from Iranian Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade as saying on Sunday.

According to Mehdi Sadeqi Niaraki 23,000 jobs have been created in this sector in the said time, while 47 trillion rials (above $1.1 billion) of investments were attracted.
