Ex-Iran referee Mohammad Salehi passes away

TEHRAN – Former international football referee Mohammad Salehi died at the age of 67 on Thursday.
Salehi battled with Alzheimer's for many years and finally passed away in Tehran.
He holds a record as an only Iranian referee who officiated Tehran derby between Persepolis and Esteghlal five times.
Salehi will be laid to rest on Sunday in Tehran’s Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery.
