TEHRAN – The government spokesman has said First Vice President Es’haq Jahangiri who has registered to run for president will complement President Rouhani in the electoral campaign, Mehr reported on Tuesday.

“Right now the most important task is to fully explain the performance of the government” and Jahangiri’s presence in the campaigns “will help say realities more fully,” Mohammad Baqer Nobakht said.

If people know about realities they will be able to vote more realistically, he said.
