TEHRAN – Iran’s permanent envoy to the Hague-based Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons has roundly condemned the use of chemical weapons in Syria and Iraq.

Addressing the 84th meeting of the executive council of the organization on Wednesday, Alireza Jahangiri voiced grave concern that terrorist groups in these two countries have access to chemical weapons, Alalam reported.

He asked the organization to prevent the chemical weapons dossier in Hague from being treated politically.
