Tehran university to host intl. conference on tourism and spirituality
TEHRAN - In a collaborative effort between esteemed scholars and researchers from several Iranian universities, the 4th International Conference on Tourism and Spirituality is scheduled to take place at the University of Science and Culture in Tehran on February 20.
Like previous editions, a host of international professors, researchers, and experts from various countries such as the United States, England, Australia, Hong Kong, Spain, Malaysia, Turkey, Italy, and India have been invited to attend the event to explore and deepen the understanding of the intersection between tourism and spirituality.
Under the overarching theme of “Tourism and Spirituality - Family Health,” the fourth conference will delve into various dimensions, including “Tourism and Spirituality - Youth Spiritual Health,” “Tourism and Spirituality - Community Spiritual Health,” and “Psychological Approach to Tourism and Spirituality”.
According to organizers, this significant event is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts, the Qom Seminary, Alameh Tabatabai University, University of Science and Culture, Tarbiat Modares University, Imam Sadiq University, and Shahid Beheshti University.
