TEHRAN – Over the past 24 hours, 738 new cases of Covid-19 have been identified in the country, according to the Ministry of Health.

Meanwhile, 17 people infected with the disease have died.

According to the report, 418 people were hospitalized during the mentioned period.

The total number of Covid-19 patients in the country reached 7,583,846 and the total number of deaths from the disease reached 145,172.

Fortunately, 7,343,675 patients have recovered so far or been discharged from hospitals, while 577 patients are under special care in hospitals.

Also, 55,710,240 Covid-19 diagnosis tests have been so far performed in the country.

Until now, 65,210,007 people have injected the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine, 58,605,214 people have injected the second dose, and 31,669,774 people have injected the third dose and above, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country has reached 155,484,995 doses.
