Iranian youth have high scientific level: Azeri minister
TEHRAN – Iranian young generation has a high scientific level, minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan announced on Thursday after visiting the 24th Iran International Exhibition of Electronics, Computer & E-commerce (ELECOMP 2018), ICT website reported.
Ramin Guluzade made the remarks during a meeting with Iran’s Information and Communication Technology minister Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi in Tehran on Tuesday after visiting with exhibition, which was held from July 28 to 31 in Tehran.
Guluzade urged Iran to support Azerbaijan to develop startup ecosystem in the country.
Three days is a short time for visiting such a great exhibition, he said.
Azerbaijan plans to build a great innovation center to attract our young citizens to technological issues, which lead to development of a nation.
“In the near future, Iranian startups would be able to provide services for neighbor countries as well,” he said.
ELECOMP is the biggest event in the Iranian electronics and computer market. Since its first edition in 1995, the event has been providing a unique opportunity for businesses to increase their share of this huge and ever-growing market.
