Iran will host blind women’s Quran competitions next year

TEHRAN – Next year, Iran will host the 3rd international Holy Quran competitions for blind women, State Welfare Organization chief Anoushirvan Mohseni Bandpey announced last week.

In line with Quran competitions, the State Welfare Organization is to hold circles of Quranic indoctrination in the holy month of Ramadan, MNA reported. 

The welfare organization seeks to create relations in international levels in Quranic fields for blind people and making the society acquainted with capabilities of blind people, Bandpey stated.

The welfare organization have made effective attempts to promote Quranic activities to empower the target community, including blind and deaf female breadwinners, he added. 

The Holy Quran is an everlasting Book which is the most comprehensive work and has effective role in human’s life which leads to a society far from all dangers, Bandpey concluded.
