TEHRAN – A total of 99,158 Iranian nationals visited the Republic of Azerbaijan during the first three months of 2018.

During this period, 627,835 international travelers visited the country, which shows a 12.6 percent year-on-year increase, Azer News reported.

Around 320,000 Iranians visited the neighboring country in January-October 2017 in comparison with 204,000 in 2016.

Russian, Georgian, Iranian and Turkish tourists accounted for the highest number of visits to the country.
