TEHRAN – Saba Art and Cultural Institute in Tehran is set to hold a craft workshop on metal embossing from April 25 to September 12.

The training workshop will cover basic know-how of stamping process for producing raised or sunken reliefs on metal sheets or vessels through holding 18 four-hour sessions, Mehr reported on Tuesday.

The embossing operation is commonly accomplished with a combination of heat and pressure on a metal piece, depending on what type of embossing is required.
