Iran's Armed Forces hold massive parades

TEHRAN - Various divisions of Iranian armed forces, including regular army forces and IRGC units, started nationwide parades in Tehran and other cities across the country on Saturday morning to mark the Sacred Defense Week. Annually, Iran stages massive parades on the first day of the week, which nomrally falls on September 22, to mark the anniversary of Iraq’s eight-year war on Iran (1980-1988).
