TEHRAN – Thousands of Iranians, including senior officials, took to Tehran streets on Friday to mark Qods Day. The last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, which fell on June 23 this year, was declared Qods Day by the founder of the Islamic Revolution Rohullah Khomeini in 1979 after he led the revolution.
