The exhibition titled “Selected Preservation and Restoration Efforts of Museum Objects Nationwide,” opened in the presence of several officials, regional and national managers, experts, and professional conservators, ILNA reported.
It features 69 restored cultural and historical objects from both the public and private sectors. These items span a wide range of periods, from the first millennium BC to the contemporary era, and include a variety of artifacts such as ceramics, seals, metal tools, coins, manuscripts, paintings, glassworks, and textiles.
According to organizers, the purpose of the exhibition is to highlight the importance of preserving cultural heritage by showcasing the extensive work done to safeguard historical artifacts. It aims to raise public awareness about the significance of conservation and inspire greater appreciation for the maintenance of the nation’s cultural and historical treasures.
The exhibition will remain open to the public until November 4, inviting enthusiasts of history and culture to explore the restored works and learn more about the conservation efforts behind them.
