TEHRAN- Iran exported 77,000 tons of eggs to the target countries since the beginning of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20) up to October 8, Mohammad Moradi, chairman of the board of directors of Mihan Poultry Union said.

According to Moradi, Iranian egg producers are expected to export over 135,000 tons of eggs to target countries by the end of the current Iranian year (late March 2025), IRNA reported.

The official said Iranian eggs are exported to various countries including Iraq, Afghanistan, and some African countries.
