TEHRAN-Roudaki Hall in Tehran will host a classical singing recital by Sahand Ensemble on Friday, September 20.

The ensemble led by Rashid Vatandoust will perform well-known pieces by renowned musicians including Italian composers Giuseppe Verdi, Umberto Giordano, and Gaetano Donizetti, French composers Charles Gounod, Georges Bizet, and Gabriel Fauré, and German composer Ludwig van Beethoven, ISNA reported.

Vatandoust, 78, will also be the lead tenor in the concert and will be accompanied by Mohamadreza Qaratapeh and Yashar Ahmadi (tenor), Ali Danesh (baritone), Hamid Khosrowshahi (bass), and Mehdi Mousavi playing the piano.
