Mohsen Tarztalab appointed new SATBA head

TEHRAN – Iranian Energy Minister Abbas Ali-Abadi has appointed Mohsen Tarztalab as the new head of Iran's Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Organization (SATBA), Mehr News Agency reported.

Tarzetaleb holds a master's degree in MBA and economics and has served in various executive positions including head of the Thermal Power Plant Holding (TPPH) and the head of the Iran Water and Power Resources Development Company.

Tarztalab replaced Mahmoud Kamani who was in the position since October 2021.
