TEHRAN – Iranian teams Shahdab Yazd and Foold Sirjan Iranian will lock horns together on Sunday in the final match of the 2024 Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship.

On Friday, Foolad earned a hard-fought 3-2 (25-22, 23-25, 22-25, 25-21, 16-14) win over Indonesian team Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi and advanced to the final match.

Earlier in the day, Shahdab defeated Kazakhstan’s Pavlodar (25-21, 25-20, 25-19) in Yazd’s Shahdab Hall.

On Sunday, Shahdab and Foolad will play in the final match and Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi meet Pavlodar in the bronze-medal match.

Paris 2024 MVP Earvin Ngapeth is a member of the Indonesian team.
