Muslim unity beats enemies: commander
TEHRAN- The deputy commander of the Iranian Armed Forces emphasized the importance of unity among Muslims in addressing the threats facing Islam.
During the inauguration of the thirty-fifth defensive management course at the Army University, Brigadier General Mohammad Hassan Dadras remarked, “Over 40,000 women, children, and civilians had lost their lives in Gaza. Yet, there is a notable silence from Islamic nations.”
He pointed out, “The rise of extremist factions like ISIS, which falsely claim to represent Islam while perpetrating violence against Shia, Sunni, and adherents of other faiths, often in collusion with the Zionist regime. This situation underscores the urgent need for Muslims to unite against the various schemes of their enemies.”
Dadras highlighted that the key to fostering coordination and solidarity among Muslims is leveraging cyberspace and communication networks.
He noted that cyberspace serves as a battleground for the expansion of imperialist influence, and it is evident how extremist groups like ISIS are formed to carry out atrocities against Muslims under the pretense of religious justification.
He concluded by urging the effective use of cyberspace to promote unity among Muslims in support of the oppressed people of Gaza.
