TEHRAN– Iran fell to China 3-2 (22-25, 25-23, 14-25, 25-22, 15-13) in the 15th Asian Men’s U18 Volleyball Championship on Tuesday.

Iran had defeated Lebanon and the Philippines in Pool C.

The Persians booked their place in the next round behind China.

The competition started on July 28 and will run until Aug. 4 at the Sport City Main Hall in Isa Town in Bahrain.

Iran are the most decorated team in the competition, having won seven titles out of 13 editions.
