TEHRAN – Manuel Marrero Cruz, the Prime Minister of Cuba, arrived in Tehran early this morning, leading a high-ranking delegation from the Latin American nation.

Marrero is in the Iranian capital to attend the inauguration ceremony of Iran's new President, Masoud Pezeshkian.

This marks Marrero's first visit to Iran. Marrero, along with other high-ranking foreign officials, will attend President Pezeshkian's inauguration ceremony on Tuesday afternoon at the Iranian parliament.
