Iranians rally in Tehran, major cities against Israeli crimes in Rafah
TEHRAN - After the Friday prayers, people in Tehran held a rally to condemn the crimes of the Zionist regime in Rafah, and to voice their outrage over Zionist atrocities.
Participants in Friday prayers marched from Tehran University to Enghelab Square, expressing their support for the Palestinian people.
Following this week's Friday prayers, the demonstrators in Tehran declared their solidarity with the Palestinians, called for an immediate end to the war and a complete ceasefire, demanded the punishment of those responsible for these blatant crimes, and chanted "Death to America" and "Death to Israel."
Similar rallies were also held in the provinces of West Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Bushehr, and Kermanshah, protesting Zionist crimes.
Israel’s weekend brutal attack on a tent camp in Gaza’s southernmost city of Rafah has sparked global outrage and anti-war protests across the world.
Dozens of civilians, most of them women and children, lost their lives after an Israeli airstrike hit the camp on Sunday.
