Female Iranian Intellectuals to Travel Abroad

TEHRAN The female Iranian intellectuals will be sent on a tour of six different countries during the Women's Week', said advisor to the head of the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization (ICCO), Tooba Kermani. She added that the Iranian women who have had some achievements in different cultural and scientific fields will travel to Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Syria, Kuwait and Kenya during the week.
Kermani further said that 14 foreign women who have presented articles on the life of Hazrat Fatemeh (SA), the noble daughter of Holy Prophet of Islam (S), will receive some awards through the Iranian missions abroad. Referring to other activities of the ICCO during the week, Kermani said an exhibition of photos showing traditional costumes of the Iranian women will be held by the organization. She also said that a two-day cultural camp will be held in the city of Natanz for some 300 foreign students and female theologians in Iran.
