Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has expressed concern over the world’s silence on Israel’s actions in Gaza, describing it as “complicity in genocide”.

“If the massacre in Gaza does not stop, if the two-state solution does not come into effect in Palestine, it is not difficult to foresee that such conflicts will recur and spread,” Fidan warned in an address at an Organisation of Islamic Cooperation youth forum in Istanbul, Al Jazeera reported. 

He called for a two-state solution in Palestine to prevent further conflict.

“There is no moral value, no international legal ground left in the world for reference in subsequent conflicts,” Fidan said.
