Iran's Ambassador, Lebanese Parliamentarian Meet

BEIRUT Iran's Ambassador to Beirut Mohammad-Ali Sobhani and Lebanese National Assembly Speaker Nabih Berri here on Thursday exchanged views on developments in Lebanon and region and Iran-Lebanon ties.
The two sides concluded that Hizbollah Amal Coalition and their cooperation in Southern Lebanon had brought positive and very important results for their common goals against the Zionist enemy.
Sobhani told reporters after the meeting that the recent free parliamentary election marked a victory for Lebanese government and nation. He congratulated all those who managed to win public confidence in those elections.
