TEHRAN The second 100-ton Iranian-made fishing launch was set in waters of Qeshm. Construction of the fiberglass vessel cost 460 million rials, while for purchase of its foreign equivalent 1.2 billion rials in foreign exchange had to be paid.
This launch is more enduring and fast as compared to its foreign equivalent.
Other privileges of the vessel are its 10-ton freezing system, naval tracking and long-arm crane. For making the vessel which has a useful age of 70 years only 30 percent of foreign materials have been used.
