TEHRAN- Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has identified transparency, smart technologies, and popularization as the three fundamental pillars of effective governance.
Speaking in a meeting on Saturday, Ghalibaf asserted that these core principles underpin the efficiency of governance outcomes.
Addressing the heinous terrorist attack in Kerman, the parliament speaker condemned the act, vowing that "those responsible for this crime, who have crossed the red line of the Islamic Republic, will be met with a robust response."
