TEHRAN- Pouya Khoshnam, a Basij member who was injured in a terrorist attack on the evening of September 16, submitted to his injuries in a hospital in the southcentral city of Shiraz. 

Four Basij members came under the terrorist attack on that night. One of them, Yaser Shojayan, was martyred on the same night.

The death of Pouya Khoshnam took the number of Basij members martyred to two.

The incident happened as two assailant motorcycle riders in Nurabad City, Mamasani County, attacked the local Basij headquarters.

Mamasani in Fars province is located 180 kilometrs from Shiraz.

The incident happened as some provocateurs inflamed the feelings of the youth on the death anniversary of Mahsa Amini.
