TEHRAN – A local judiciary official has announced that security forces have arrested two terrorists implicated in the recent terrorist attack in Izeh, Khuzestan. 

The Izeh terrorist attack took place on November 16 and claimed the lives of seven ordinary people, including 9-year-old Kian Pirfalak, whose death sparked national grief. 

Sadegh Jafari-Chehgani, the prosecutor-general of Khuzestan province, said on Tuesday that two terrorists involved in the attack were arrested while two others were killed. 

He said security forces clashed with the terrorists on Tuesday who had been planning more attacks in the city of Izeh.
