TEHRAN – Iran and Kyrgyzstan plan to increase the volume of trade between the two countries by 2.5 times to above $200 million per year, Deputy Chairman of the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry Roman Kasimov said on Tuesday.

Addressing a Kyrgyzstan-Iran Business Forum, Kasimov said the two sides are the potential areas for joint investment as well.

Also speaking at the forum, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Bishkek Saeed Kharazi said that considering the capabilities of the two countries, an increase in the current volume of trade is easily possible.
